Meet the founders of Magnolia Hill Marketing – Nicole Luisi and Emily Guenther. 

After years of experience working in B2B media groups and honing our expertise in marketing and content management, we are excited to share our knowledge and empower other professionals to bring their brands to life and achieve success. We didn’t launch this business overnight—our journey began at an organization where we gained firsthand insight into the challenges professionals face. There, we worked to create marketing and business development solutions tailored to their unique needs and budgets. Over time, we realized our passion for bringing these skills to a broader audience, working not just with B2B clients but also in the B2C space. Emily Guenther

Emily Guenther is a digital content strategist and content manager with more than a decade of experience leading content-driven initiatives that grow audiences, increase revenue, and deliver measurable results. With a strong foundation in journalism and a passion for data-informed storytelling, Emily helps brands connect with their audiences through thoughtful strategy, engaging content, and seamless execution through various content marketing initiatives. 

Her strategic leadership has driven substantial revenue growth and established new pathways for audience engagement.

Emily’s background includes editorial and content management roles across B2B, tech, and digital publishing. She brings a proven ability to manage complex projects, create high-impact campaigns, and work collaboratively across departments to meet client goals.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Columbia College Chicago and has received national and regional recognition for her work in online news and investigative reporting. Emily is passionate about leveraging data to guide strategy, telling compelling stories, and building scalable content solutions.

Nicole Luisi

As a UX Designer with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and over 11 years of experience in user-centered design strategies, I am excited about the opportunity to work with you. My expertise spans user research, user testing, wireframing, prototyping, web and mobile design, user journey mapping, brand strategy, and graphic and packaging design.

With a strong foundation in technology and human behavior, I bring a unique perspective to design, leveraging continued education in Behavioral Design Psychology to craft intuitive and engaging user experiences. I thrive in collaborative environments, fostering a strong design culture that prioritizes innovation and usability.

My commitment to continuous learning and staying ahead of industry trends enables me to create user-centered, visually compelling experiences that drive strategic impact and enhance product quality. I look forward to applying my expertise to support your company’s growth and success.
